An everything bagel that’s what I need.
With some cream cheese on it cause I’m feeling lean.
I just worked out so I need some carbohydrates.
It’s like a breath of fresh air.

Ingredients
- 1 and 1/2 cups (360ml) warm water (between 100-110°F, 38-43°C)
- 1 Packet instant yeast
- 4 Cups (520g)Â Bread Flour
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- Olive oil
- 1 Egg white
- 2 quarts water
- 2 Tbsp honey
- Everything bagel seasoning
Directions
- Heat up water to 110°F and then add 1 packet of instant yeast. Stir and let rest for a few minutes.
- Add brown sugar and salt to the yeast water
- Sift-in the bread flour and knead until dough is formed
- Place dough in a greased bowl and let rise for an hour until it has doubled in size.
- Start boiling a large pot of water. Add honey to the boiling water
- Put parchment paper on your baking sheets
- Take your risen dough and knock back all the air bubbles.
- Form dough into a ball
- Divide dough into 8 equally sized balls
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Shape dough into bagel-looking objects
- Cook your bagels in the honey water bath for about a minute each side
- Make an egg-wash and coat the boiled bagels with a pastry brush
- Sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning on top
- Bake for 20-25 minutes
- Let rest for 10 minutes
