Accountability
Some research suggests that approximately 50% of those who begin a fitness program will quit within the first 6 months. I'm here to make sure that doesn't happen. I will do everything in my power to make sure you reach your goals!
Nutrition Coaching
Getting your nutrition locked in is KEY! Nutrition is going to play a huge role in reaching your goals. Although I cannot give you specific meal plans, as this privilege is reserved for registered dietitians, I will provide information, guidance and accountability to help you stay on track!
FUN!
Yes, exerting yourself can be painful, but it can also be fun! Especially when you start seeing results. Working out is one of my favorite things to do! My goal is to design a fun, challenging and obtainable program to meet your goals.
