Ingredients
- 1lb Ground Beef
- 1lb Ground Bison
- 1lb Ground Turkey
- 2 Sweet Onions
- 2 Large Tomatoes
- 2 Cups of cherry tomatoes
- 3 15oz cans Tomato sauce
- 2 15oz cans black beans
- 1 15oz can Tri bean blend
- 1T Salt
- 1T Garlic Powder
- 2 T Ground black pepper
- 4 T Chili Powder
- 1T Chipotle Powder
Toppings
- Smoked Gouda Cheese
- Green Onions
Directions
- In a large pot, add the beef, bison, and turkey and cook until no longer raw.
- Dice onions and tomatoes and add to the pot
- Add the remaining ingredients and let simmer on low, covered for an hour.
- Top with Gouda Cheese and green onions and enjoy!
