Ingredients

  • 1lb Ground Beef
  • 1lb Ground Bison
  • 1lb Ground Turkey
  • 2 Sweet Onions
  • 2 Large Tomatoes
  • 2 Cups of cherry tomatoes
  • 3 15oz cans Tomato sauce
  • 2 15oz cans black beans
  • 1 15oz can Tri bean blend
  • 1T Salt
  • 1T Garlic Powder
  • 2 T Ground black pepper
  • 4 T Chili Powder
  • 1T Chipotle Powder

Toppings

  • Smoked Gouda Cheese
  • Green Onions

Directions

  1. In a large pot, add the beef, bison, and turkey and cook until no longer raw.
  2. Dice onions and tomatoes and add to the pot
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and let simmer on low, covered for an hour.
  4. Top with Gouda Cheese and green onions and enjoy!
