A 20% deposit of the total estimated service cost will be required before the initiation of the digitization process. This deposit is non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the media provided for digitization. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the media submitted for digitization is in suitable condition for the digitization process. You will be notified if any item has pre-exisitng damage.
We strive to handle each piece of media entrusted to us with the utmost care and professionalism. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality digitization services and ensuring the preservation of your cherished memories. However, it's important to acknowledge that older or deteriorating media can pose risks during the digitization process.
While we exercise diligence and caution in our procedures, we cannot guarantee the condition or functionality of all old or fragile media. Occasionally, despite our best efforts, the digitization process may cause damage or failures in the original media. Therefore, we want to make it clear that in the event of such occurrences, Migr8 Memories and its employees are not liable for any resulting damage to the media.
We recommend that clients assess the condition of their media and evaluate the risks associated with the digitization process. If you have concerns about the fragility of your media, please discuss them with our team prior to initiating the digitization process. Our experts will work closely with you to determine the best course of action and mitigate potential risks to the extent possible.

By submitting any material, including but not limited to films, videos, tapes, photographs, or any other media, to Migr8 Memories, you represent and warrant that to the best of your knowledge:
If you are unsure about the copyright status of any material you wish to digitize, it is your responsibility to seek legal counsel or appropriate permissions from copyright holders before proceeding with our services.
Migr8 Memories reserves the right to refuse service or discontinue the digitization process if it reasonably believes that submitted material violates copyright or intellectual property rights or if you fail to provide the necessary permissions.
By submitting material for digitization, you agree to indemnify and hold Migr8 Memories harmless against any claims, damages, or legal actions related to copyright infringement or violations of intellectual property rights resulting from the digitization process.
We will do our best to digitize every item you provide to the best of our abilities. However, due to the condition or format of the original media, it may not always be possible to complete the digitization process successfully. If we are unable to digitize an item, you will not be charged for that specific item.
You retain ownership of the original media provided for digitization. We do not claim any ownership rights over the media or its content.
By engaging our services, you grant Migr8 memories the right to access and handle the media solely for the purpose of providing the digitization service.
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any personal information or content on the provided media will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The remaining 80% of the total service cost, plus any applicable taxes or fees, will be due upon completion of the digitization process. Payment must be made in full before the digitized files are delivered.
