Ingredients

  • 1 C Flour
  • 3 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 T Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 T Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 T Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Stick Butter
  • 1 T Olive Oil
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 C Chicken Stock
  • 1 C Parmesan
  • 1/2 C Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 T Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 T Italian Seasoning
  • 1/3 C Sundried Tomatoes
  • 1/4 C Fresh Basil

Directions

  1. Butterfly the chicken breasts
  2. In a large bowl combine flour, salt, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes and black pepper
  3. Coat your chicken breasts in the dry mixture
  4. In a large pan, melt butter and add olive oil
  5. Fry chicken for a few minutes on each side. (Until golden brown on the outside)
  6. Add garlic, chicken stock, whipping cream, finely grated parmesan, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, sun dried tomatoes, and fresh basil to the pan
  7. Place fried chicken back in the pan and allow to continue cooking in the sauce until it reaches 165F
  8. Top with fresh Parmesan, basil and sundried tomatoes
  9. Serve with pasta and asparagus
