Chimichurri 🌿
Listen up, I got something to say. I won't make this very long cause I’m feelin’ hungry. I just need a little something that will satisfy me. Like my homemade chimichurri, you can make it in a hurry. So green, so damn purdy. So fresh, so damn herby. Garlic, Jalapeño and the parsley and I can put it on my steak and my turkey.

Ingredients
- 1 Bunch Parsley
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Jalapeno
- 2/3 Cup olive oil
- 4T Red wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Lemons
- 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/4 tsp Chipotle powder
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne powder
Directions
- Wash and remove stems from parsley
- Finely chop parsley
- Finely chop garlic and jalapeno and combine in a large bowl
- Add olive oil and red wine vinegar to the bowl
- Add salt and pepper to taste, the zest of 1 lemon and the juice of 1 lemons.
- Finish by adding red pepper flakes, chipotle powder and cayenne pepper.
- Cover bow with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to marry.
